Investment through a public-private partnership (PPP), will contribute to meeting the increasing demand for energy, and at the same time will create 150 direct jobs and 100 indirect jobs.
The public and private investors include the Islamic Development Bank, the Islamic Society for the Development of the private Sector, OPEP International Development Funds, Emerging African Infrastructure Funds (EAIF) and other private investors.

Financing completed by the contribution of CROSSBOUNDARY, investment consultants on frontier markets implemented within the framework of the Malian investment facilitation platform initiated by USAID.
