Mamadou Hachim Koumare is the second transport minister in the Ibrahim Boubacar Keita government. An international consultant on sub-regional integration, he was decorated in 1992 by Côte d’Ivoire’s President Félix Houphouët-Boigny for his services to Africa in the fields of infrastructure and, more particularly, air transport development.
